Computer System Validation (CSV)
Support Officer

An opportunity has arisen in the validation team to provide support to CSV activities in support of an ERP upgrade project. You will be required to participate in the preparation, review, approval, and issue of key CSV Deliverables.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of deliverables; Validation Plans, Requirement Specifications, Functional Test Protocols, User Acceptance Test Protocols, Test Reports, and Validation Summary Reports.
• Supporting and participating in phases of system testing.
• Maintenance of Project Traceability Matrices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• An understanding of validation and the principles of GxP,
• Some previous experience in the use and validation experience of ERP Systems,
• Strong IT skills,
• Proficient in the use of common office applications (Word, Excel, etc.),
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload around a range of deadlines,
• Good interpersonal and 'people skills',
• High attention to detail.
